Global Rebranding Initiative

Objective
To assist Y&R with its Global rebranding from a traditional advertising firm to a fun, modern, re-energized brand.

Recommendation
Verge recommended items that utilized their new imagery, redesigned logo and color palate. Items were scattered around the agency on the day the new logo was revealed while other items were handed out to all employees.

Results
The new branding was revealed to all employees across the US at the same time. Giveaways - beach balls, towels, notebooks, pens, & M&M's were described by employees as "a fun way of launching the new company image".
